Police Report: No report.
Matters Arising:
- Fanellan- Cllr Emma Knox was able to confirm that the planning application for Fanellan had been refused by a unanimous vote.
- Black Bridge – Councillors had visited but there was no proposal yet
- Ballach Wind Farm. New papers lodged on archaeology. No further information available.
- Spittal to Loch Buidhe OHL – No further information as yet.
- Beauly to Peterhead OHL – No further information yet

Chairman’s Business:
- Wester Balblair Quarry Extention – maps have been requested by AF to clarify location but none provided yet.
- Community Councils Meeting at Holyrood re renewables. Arranged by Cllr Helen Crawford to bring to together the various groups around the Country. Andy Fraser is hoping to attend.
- Belladrum Parking Trust Fund – No decision on distribution of funds yet, but due shortly..
Secretary: – KCC has received an email thanking us for our support with the yearly Xmas Tree and confirm free use of the hall for this year.
Planning: No Report
Treasurer:
- Insurance due in April £83.70
- Balance stands at £2832.39
ANOB:
- MH expressed concern that in a power cut the water supplies also failed and asked whether Scottish Water could not supply a generator for the tank up the hill. Previously many homes were gravity fed but now all pumped.
- Quarry Junction – Many complaints about traffic coming on to the main road without looking. Suggested a stop sign by place at the quarry Entrance with a white line on the quarry road.AF to contact Breedon.
- There has been little repair work on the Beauly Broadband provision. EK to chase.
- General condition of roads in the Braes are poor. It was suggested that before SSE start their work on Beauly to Spittal and use the access routes identified. THC should bring the roads up to an acceptable standard as a base line for repairs post the SSEN work on the OHL.
- Beauly and Kilmorack Trust – IS advised that a maildrop was to be carried out to all residents.
